
Declaration of the acquisition of a property
A. Duration of the procedure
After you provide us with an electronic copy of your deed and of your Bulstat registration certificate/card (please see p. B below), we will draft for you and e-mail you a PoA (please see p. B below) to be signed. The tax registration will be done within three days term after receipt of an electronic copy of the signed PoA.
B. Documents requested
To proceed on your behalf we will ask you to sign a PoA (note: the PoA expires automatically after completion of the tax registration) and to email us electronic copy of your deed (note: the deed is mandatory enclosure to the application for tax registration) and of your Bulstat registration certificate/card.
C. Costs
There are no state fees for tax registration, but please note that if you are in delay of tax registration you are in risk of penalty amounting from 10 to 400 BGN (for declaration under article 14 of the Council taxes and fees Act for individuals), from 100 to 1 000 BGN (for declaration under article 14 of the Council taxes and fees Act for companies) and from 20 -200 BGN (for declaration under article 17 of the Council taxes and fees Act for companies).

D. Results of the procedure
Your property is dully registered into the local tax office and to prove it you receive a tax registration certificate issued by the Municipality of Bansko or Razlog (depending on the location of your property) containing information re the tax registration.
